Owl & Lion
The OWL & LION Gallery is the joint venture of Isabelle Ting and Edward McGowan, both graduate of Edinburgh College of Art. It comprises a retail gallery and boutique, along with an on-site studio. Besides handmade bags and jewellery, the gallery also specialises in traditional hand printing, artists books and bookbinding by Florence - trained Isabelle. In 2010 she will be teaching regular classes in bookbinding, including students day classes, adults evening 8 weeks course and full day workshops.
Regular gallery events showcases both up-and-coming and established artists and Jewellers from the UK. Full of panache and creativity, the Owl & LIon Gallery has become one of the leading light of the Edinburgh art Scene.
